1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to 3 Suns Cleaning Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
2. SERVICES
2.1 Service Description We provide: Residential Cleaning Commercial Cleaning Janitorial Services Vacation Rental Cleaning Move-In/Out Cleaning RV Cleaning Abandoned Property Cleaning
2.2 Service Guarantees 48-hour Satisfaction Guarantee for Residential Cleaning 72-hour guarantee for Deep Cleaning and Move In/Out Cleaning 35% OFF Voucher if return visit needed within guarantee period
3. SERVICE AREAS
3.1 Primary Service Areas Fort Benton, Montana Surrounding areas (additional travel fees may apply)
4. CANCELLATION, BOOKING, AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Cancellation Policy
a) Standard Cancellation Terms Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or booking system No refunds will be issued for any cancelled services
b) Late Cancellation Fees Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will incur a $75 fee Fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable Charged to payment method on file
c) No-Show Policy Failure to provide access is considered a no-show No-shows will be charged 75% of quoted service price This charge is non-negotiable and non-refundable charged to payment method on file Repeated no-shows may result in service refusal
4.2 Payment Terms
a) Standard Payment Payment method required to secure booking minimum service charge of $150 applies Payment due within 5 days of service completion Legal action may be taken for payments past 14 business days
b) Accepted Payment Methods Visa Mastercard American Express PayPal Venmo Discover ACH Check Cash
5. PROPERTY ACCESS AND PHOTOGRAPHY
5.1 Property Access Safe and reasonable access must be provided All pets must be secured Clear access to cleaning areas required Correct entry codes/keys must be provided
5.2 Photography Rights We maintain the right to photograph before/after results Photos may be used for marketing purposes No personal items or identifying features will beshown Clients may opt-out of marketing use Quality control photos will still be taken
6. SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
6.1 Client Responsibilities Provide accurate service location information Secure valuables Remove fragile items Inform of any special conditions Ensure property access
6.2 Service Limitations We reserve the right to refuse service Additional fees may apply for: Heavy soiling Pet waste Hazardous materials Excessive clutter After-hours service Holiday service
7. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
7.1 Insurance Coverage General Liability Insurance up to $1,000,000 Fully bonded and insured
7.2 Damage Claims Must be reported within 24 hours Photographic evidence required Pre-existing damage not covered Normal wear and tear not covered
8. QUALITY GUARANTEE
8.1 Service Standards Professional cleaning methods Eco-friendly products High Pressure Steam Cleaners Odoban products OZone Cleaning
8.2 Satisfaction Guarantee Issues must be reported within guarantee period Guarantee void if: Property used before inspection Additional soiling occurs Access denied for return service Payment terms not met9.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes effective immediately upon posting.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms governed by Montana state law.
